The purpose of this association is to provide support for all Animal Care and Control personnel in Texas by providing low cost training, continuing educaton opportunitiea and certification, on-site support and counseling for the health and safety of our membership, and to support governmental and non-governmental agencies in organizing education in animal ownership and safety.
