About Us
Southwest Texas Animal Care & Control Association (STACCA) was officially
chartered as a 501(C)3 organization in 1998 for the purpose of providing
training and support for animal control professionals in Southwest

Our organization consists both of a diverse group of Members and of a 13-member Board of
Directors. Our Members and Directors come from an array of animal professions

We have quarterly board meetings, quarterly

legislation related to animals, and are constantly seeking to improve our
organization.
