| Four times a year (and at the annual
conference) the Executive Committee meets to discuss
the next years agenda and conference, the treasury
report and anything else that is of interest or
dispute. If interested in holding a board position,
please send your information to the Nominating
Committee with your membership renewal by December
31st. Elections are held every year at the
conference. The current Nominating Committee members
are Billie Zercher, Denise Blackwell and Steve McKin. |

President |
Presides at all meetings. Appoints all regular and
special committees. Helps all committees with votes
and agendas. |

President-Elect |
Serves as the head of the Advisory Board. He/She
shall automatically assume the position of the President
the year following his/her election. |

Vice President |
Shall act as the head of the Nominating Committee and act
under the direction of the President. |
|
Secretary |
Keeps record of all proceedings at all meetings.
Shall be responsible for all correspondence.
Maintains a file of minutes, bylaws and all activities and
programs relevant. |
|
Treasurer |
Shall receive and disburse all private dues contributed by
the members and make quarterly and annual reports to
account for funds. Will be authorized to draw checks
to pay bills approved by the board. |
